Information You Provide: 

You provide us information about yourself, such as your name and e-mail address, if you register for an account, subscribe, place an order. We may use your email address to send you Order-related notices. We may also use your contact information to send you marketing messages. If you don’t want to receive these messages, you can opt out by following the instructions in the message. If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address and our responses.

We do not share your information with any third party companies, nor is your credit card information stored on our sites cookies for further use.

 

 Shipping Policy:

To expedite shipping process please be sure to include apartment and/ or suite number if applicable. 

Allow up to 5-7 business days for shipping confirmation sent via email. 

 
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International which can take up to 20 days depending on location.


Signature is not always required at the time of delivery.


Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them (1-800-275-8777).


Do not place last minute orders. Please give yourself time to ensure that you receive your products before any important events. We are not responsible for any late packages that are out of our control. 



Once shipped, a tracking number will be issued via email (be sure to check your spam or junk mail if you do not receive the confirmation email to your inbox). Please allow between 2 - 3 business days for your tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. Please be advised that during restocks, new releases, and special promotions, our processing times may be delayed.

If you need to update your shipping address, email support@mommywata.com immediately. If your order is shipped prior to your address being updated, it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to contact UPS to update your shipping address and or reroute the order package if needed.

Please be advised, if we are unable to validate your shipping address, your order may be cancelled and refunded to you.

 

Missing, Wrong, Damaged Products:

If you receive an incomplete order, a wrong or damaged order please contact us immediately at support@mommywata.com Be sure to include your order number and a picture of everything you received inside your order package including the packing slip.

 

Delivery Issues (Lost or Stolen Packages):

If you receive notification that your order was delivered, however, you did not receive it; contact UPS Customer Support at 1-888-742-5877 (domestic) or 1-866-782-7892 (international) or if your package was shipped with USPS please contact them at (1-800-275-8777).

Restocks:

Restock dates are announced via our social media platforms, email newsletters, and website. At this time, we do not offer any pre-orders. Processing and shipping times may be delayed to due to the high volume of orders placed during our restocks.
